摘要
从分层叠加制造的基本原理出发 ,通过几何运算 ,建立了用于分析原理性误差的理论公式。该公式适用于 RP技术的各种工艺方法 ,具有普遍意义 ;通过成形实验 ,探讨了几种不同聚合物材料的成形精度规律。结果表明 ,试件的实测结果与理论值吻合。同时发现 ,当采用结晶型材料 ,由于其具有较大的线收缩率 。
In this paper,a theoretical formulation used in analyzing the principle errors is established through geometry calculation from the basic principle of layered manufacturing.This error estimation model can be applied in all different processes of RP.Then the forming accuracy rules of several different polymers are under investigation by real building experiments.The research results indicate that the theoretical analysis has a good mat with the experimental results.The fact that the serious dimensional error will be appeared when crystal material are used because of its larger shrinkage rate,this phenomenon must be taken into account at the stage of part design.
