摘要
钻井液的性能恶化是造成PDC钻头泥包的主要因素之一,通过综合分析PY36-2-1井2次泥包时的钻井液性能,探讨了如何通过对钻井液性能的优化和宏观调控预防PDC钻头泥包。分析结果指出,在正常钻进时控制好钻井液的黏度和切力,使其达到实现平板型层流的要求;在软泥岩段易发生泥包的地层采用注稀胶液或是向循环池大量补充稀胶液的方法来制造紊流;钻进期间尽量保证离心机、除砂器和除泥器的全程开启,必要时使用稀释的方法 ;振动筛的用法应以钻井液覆盖筛网总长度的75%~80%为宜;推荐直井润滑剂加量为1%~2%,斜井水平井加量为2%~3%;对于聚合物水基钻井液,应控制包被和抑制剂的浓度分别为5~8和30~50 kg/m3。
The PDC bit balling happens frequently while the drilling fluid performance goes deterioration,in this paper,through comprehensive analysis of drilling fluid performances of well PY36-2-1 when the bit balling happens,the methods on how to optimized design and macroscopic control drilling fluid performance are discussed.The analysis results show that while normal drilling the laminar flow should by made by controlling viscosity and gel strength,while in soft mud stone formation the turbulent flow should be kept by adding much polymer solution,as well as the solid-control equipments should be used all the time,the shaker screen should be covered by 75%-80%,moreover,the lubricant should be added 1%-2% of vertical well and 2%-3% of inclined or horizontal well,and each concentration of encapsulator and inhibitor additive is 5-8 kg/m 3 and 30-50 kg/m 3.
