新型电能计量芯片RN8302在智能电表中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前电表计量范围小,规格多的问题,本文采用宽动态范围的新型电能计量芯片RN8302,设计了一款支持预付费和分时电价,具有RS485和调制式红外通讯、按键及红外停电唤醒抄表功能的三相四线制智能电表,介绍了系统设计、模拟信号输入电路、RN8302与MCU接口电路和软件实现。测试结果表明:在20 mA~100 A的电流范围内,有功电能的计量误差低于±0.3%,实现了高精度、宽量程的电能计量,减少了电表规格数量。 As the small-scale and multi-specification of the watt-hour meter, a new energy metering IC RN8302 with wide dynamic range has been used in this paper. It designs a smart watt-hour meter of three-phase and four-wire. The watt-hour meter support pre-paid and time-of use electricity price. It has RS485, modulation infrared communication and buttons. It also has the infrared awaken meter reading function when power is cut. In this paper, the design of the system, the input Circuit of analog signal, the interface circuit of RN8302 and MCU and the realization of software have been introduced. The test of sample watt-hour meter shows that in the 20mA-100A current range, the measurement error of active energy is less than ± 0.3%. The electric energy metering achieves high-precision and wide-range. Besides, the number of the watt-hour meter's svecification has reduced.
