摘要
目的评价Nd:YAG激光在楔状缺损治疗中的临床效果。方法将牙颈部有楔状缺损同时伴有牙本质过敏的106颗患牙随机分成两组,分别用激光(A组)、酸蚀(B组)处理缺损区,再用光固化复合树脂进行充填,治疗3个月、6个月、9个月后进行复查并对各组的临床效果进行统计学分析。结果两组脱敏效果比较差异有显著性,两组树脂充填效果比较3个月差异无显著性,6个月后的差异有显著性。结论 Nd:YAG激光能有效治疗牙本质过敏,提高树脂充填成功率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of Nd：YAG laser on wedge-shaped defect with hypersensitive den- tine. Methods 106 teeth with wedge-shaped defect and hypersensitive dentine were randomly divided into two groups. Wedge-shaped defects were treated by laser（ group A） , acid etching （group B ） before filled with composite resin. After three months, six months and nine months ,the clinical effects were evaluated and statistical analysis was performed. Results The laser group （A） was significantly higher in the success rate of treating the hypersensitive dentine than the acid etching group（B）. There was no statistical difference in fill- ing the wedge-shaped defects with composite resin between the two groups in three months but after six months it was significant. Conclu- sion Nd ： YAG laser can treat the hypersensitive dentine effectively and increase the success rate of filling the wedge-shaped defects with composite resin.
