农残乙草胺的毛细管气相色谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 乙草胺具有较长的降解周期,对人、动植物有一定的毒害作用,已被美国环境保护局定为B-2类致癌物。实验采用SE-30毛细管柱与FID检测器联用,以二苯胺作为内标物,对花生样品中的乙草胺进行了含量分析,建立了农残乙草胺的毛细管气相色谱分析方法,拓展了气相色谱法在农残检测方面的应用。实验研究了影响测定的各种因素,结果表明:测定方法的精密度较高,标准偏差为0.39,变异系数为8.92%;回收率在95.70%~100.02%之间。该方法中,乙草胺与内标物分离效果和重现性很好,内标物容易得到,适于推广适用。 Acetochlor had a long degradation period, and had certain poisonous effect on the people, animals and plants, which was corroborated by the United States environmental protection confraternity as a B -2 kinds of carcinogens. The quantitative analysis of acetochlor from the peanut specimen was developed by using gas chromatography with SE - 30 capillary column and FID detector. According to the previous work experience, a new common reagent diphenylamine was introduced as internal standard, and a new conditions was found for chromatographic, which made the gaschromatography applied to detect pesticide residues more simple, fast, accuracy. The results showed that the standard deviations of acetochlor were 0.39, the coefficients of variationwere was 8.92%, and the recovery was 95.70% - 100.02%. The reproducibility was very good, and internal standard material was easily available in this exoeriment.
