摘要
若城市入河排污口的设置位置不当,将对水功能区的水质产生严重影响,必须对排污口位置的优化布置方法进行研究。按照国家对入河排污口设置指导性原则及长江中下游重点城市排污口优化设置原则,以南京江段作为长江中下游典型城市江段,探讨了沿江重点城市江段入河排污口优化设置的方法,提出了南京市入河排污口优化布设的建议。可为进一步规范入河排污口设置规划与管理工作提供参考。
As the improper arrangement of urban sewage outlets has important impact on water quality of the water function zone, research on optimization method of sewage Outlet arrangement must be conducted to effectively protect and manage the water resources. According to the national guiding principles for sewage outlet arrangement and the optimization principles for sewage outlets of important cities in the mid - lower Yangtze River, taking the Nanjing reach as a typical urban reach, we discuss the op- timization methods of sewage outlet arrangement for the important cities in the mid - lower Yangtze River and the put forward sug- gestions on the optimal arrangement of sewage outlets in Nanjing City.
