施工荷载作用下桩基竖向受力试验分析与研究 被引量:9

摘要 根据某实际桥梁工程桩基础布置形式和桩周土层分布情况制定现场试验方案,进行现场试验,实测各施工阶段桩身、桩端受力变化情况。基于Ansys有限元软件平台,建立该单桩的三维仿真模型,将模型数据与试验数据对比,验证模型的正确性。分析各施工阶段桩身轴力、桩侧摩阻力和桩端反力的分布规律。研究结果表明:在以亚粘土和砂土为主的地质条件下,钻孔灌注桩基础主要由桩侧摩阻力来承担桥梁各施工阶段竖向荷载,桩端反力所占比例很小;桥梁各施工阶段荷载作用下,试验桩桩身轴力、侧摩阻力沿桩身呈非线性分布,桩身轴力、侧摩阻力主要集中在中上部。 According to the layout forms of piles and the surrounding soil distribution situation of practical bridge engineering,the field test scheme and the field test were made,and the force changes of the pile body and pile tip during each construction stage were measured.Based on the commercially available finite element analysis program ANSYS,a three-dimensional simulation model of the single pile was established.By comparing the model data with the test data,the correctness of the model was verified.The distribution of pile axial force,pile side resistance and tip resistance were analyzed during each construction stage.The results of the study showed that the vertical load of bored pile foundation during each construction stage is mainly undertaken by pile side resistance for the geological conditions dominated by loam and sand and the tip resistance accounted for very small proportion.Under the load effect during each construction stage,pile axial force and pile side resistance showed nonlinear distribution along the pile and mainly concentrated in the top half of the pile.
