摘要
通过对PW4077D发动机10个无故障航班QAR数据的分析和处理,利用回归分析原理建立了飞机在多个阶段下2.5级放气活门开度与其他参数之间关系的数学模型。放气活门的调节受多个因素的影响,因此在模型建立时不同阶段分别进行讨论。对稳态调节下的数据进行了回归分析和显著性检验。应用所建模型进行了趋势预测,通过与实际数据的比较验证了数学模型的合理性和准确度。所获得的2.5级放气活门控制规律数学模型,对航空发动机状态监控和故障诊断具有一定的理论意义和应用价值。
After ten trouble-free flights data analyzed and disposed, the model of bleed valve control law was set up by regression analysis in many flight phases. As the opening of valve is affected by many factors, it was necessary to assort data for discussion when modeling. All these models had passed through the test of significance analysis. In regression estimating, they could forecast the opening of valve accurately to some extent. The mathematical models that the thesis got could be valuable to the theory and applications of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in aero-engine.
