摘要
介绍了一种新型的采用分级蓄热技术实现阶梯升温的固化反应系统。通过将升温过程划分为不同的阶段,利用热蓄能和电加热器组合实现分阶段升温;同时可在降温阶段,回流高温区的水,将热能回收,实现节能。系统搭配PLC工控器和上位机,对固化器内的温度和压力参数,实现机电一体化智能监控。经过多次测试表明,系统工作稳定、高效、精确,温度误差在±1℃内,压力误差在±0.02MPa内,实际工作曲线与设定工艺曲线基本吻合,满足生产需求;同时节省用电成本30%左右。
In this paper, A new type of the system of curing reaction based on storing energy technology is used for copper clad laminate to realize step heating. It is divided into different heating stage, using thermal energy storage and electric heater combination to realize heating stage. At cooling phase, it recycles high-temperature water to save energy. The system realizes mechanical and electrical integration monitoring with PLC and PC. Through many experiments, it shows that the offset between temperature setting value and actual one is less than 1 ℃, and pressure can be stabilized less than 0. 01MPa, basically actual work curve agrees with the setting curve. These results show that the system works stably, and can satisfy process requirement, at the same time, to save power cost about 30%.
