摘要
基本公共服务均等化是转变政府职能、构建服务型政府的客观要求,也是新形势下贯彻落实科学发展观、建设社会主义和谐社会的最终归宿。当前,影响我国基本公共服务均等化主要有服务理念滞后、财政体制缺陷、供给主体单一等因素,制约了基本公共服务均等化进程。
Equalization of basic public services is the requirements for the transformation of government functions and a service-oriented government objective.It is also required in the new situation to implement the scientific development concept and in the construction of socialist harmonious society.At present,the main service concept,inadequate financial system defect,and supply of the subject in a single factors all restricted the equal access to basic public service level.
