摘要
通过对PTFE纤维/芳纶纤维混合编织衬垫进行稀土处理,研究了衬垫改性对自润滑关节轴承摩擦学性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜以及能谱仪分析了衬垫磨损表面微观形貌。结果表明:与衬垫未经稀土处理的轴承相比,经稀土处理后自润滑关节轴承减摩耐磨性能得到了明显提高,稀土处理轴承衬垫只出现了轻微的粘着磨损。
The liners of PTFE and Kevlar fibers are treated by the rare earth. The effects of the liner modification on tribologieal properties of self - lubricating spherical plain bearings are investigated, and the worn surface morphologies of the liners are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the anti - friction and wear resistances of the treated bearings are improved greatly than those of the untreated bearings, and the treated bearing liners only emerge slightly adhesive wear.
