摘要
在利用大型CAD软件Pro/E和机械系统动力学软件ADAMS进行虚拟样机模型建立的过程中,参数设置是非常重要的一环。针对物理样机中零部件材料种类多,ADAMS仅提供了几种材料碰撞参数的情况,本文利用试验测试与基于SQP优化算法的虚拟样机测试对比的方法,对铜与钢的碰撞参数进行了测试,得到了非常理想的碰撞参数。此方法也可用来进行其他材料类型的碰撞参数测试。
In the process of virtual prototype modeling by means of CAD software Pro/E and mechanical system dynamic software ADAMS, the parameter setting is a very important part. For there are many kinds of materials in physical proto- type but ADAMS only provides a few material impact parameter, the impact parameter of copper and steel was tested through the method of comparison between experiment and virtual prototype. Ideal collision parameters were gotten and the method can be used for other materials.
