摘要 介绍了风洞及气垫运输技术的原理。对气垫运输技术在风洞中应用时需要注意的悬浮力要求、牵引力要求、供气能力要求、控制精度指标、地面质量要求及平衡性控制等几个重点环节进行了说明,总结了国内某大型风洞对气垫运输装置的安装应用工程。安装完成后,气垫运输系统在自流平地面上起降、直线行走、旋转均运行平稳,可以完成风洞内部段的移出和复位工作,证实了将气垫运输技术应用于国内大型风洞是切实可行的,对今后气垫运输技术的应用有一定的指导意义。 Abstract .. The principle of the wind tunnel and air-cushion transport technology is introduced briefly. Several key aspects including suspension force requirements, traction requirements, gas supply capacity requirements, control accuracy indicators, surface quality requirements and balance control related to the air-cushion transport technology are explained. The installation and application project of a domestic large-scale wind tunnel on air-cushion transport device is summed up. When the installation is complete, the air-cushion transport system can rise and land, move straight and rotate steady on the self- leveling the ground, move out and reset the equipment smoothly in the wind tunnel. This project has proved that using the air-cushion transport technology in the domestic large-scale wind tunnel is feasible, which has guiding significance on air- cushion transport technology application in the future.
