摘要
旋风分离器由于结构简单而机理复杂,广泛应用于环境除尘净化处理。为了提高旋风分离器的除尘净化效率,文章基于计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟方法分析了其工作过程,得到了内部气-固两相流的分布参数云图。针对这些参数分布云图,分析了它们产生的原因。为了提高除尘净化效率和节省能源,文章通过参数、边界条件的反复设定及模拟分析,确定了旋风分离器的最佳设计方案。本方案经过实际产品的有效运行取得了良好的效果。
Cyclone separators, with a simple structure but a complex working mechanism, are widely used in environment dust purification treatments. In order to improve the cyclone dust cleaning efficiency, a CFD-based simulation analysis is carried out for the working of the cyclone separator, and the internal gas-solid dual phase flow distribution parameter nephogram is obtained. The parameter distribution cloud images are analyzed. Through repeated simulation analyses of these parameters and their boundary conditions, the optimal design scheme of the cyclone separator is finally determined, which improves the efficiency of the dust purification with less energy consumotion. Satisfactory results are obtained after the scheme is annlied in nractical nroducts.
