摘要
通过文献资料法、专家访谈法,比较分析法等方法,对道教体育养生思想进行归纳与探讨。中国道教以追求人的长生不死为终极目标,在实践"长生"的过程中,积累了丰富的保健锻炼方法,形成了具有自身特色的体育养身思想体系。客观上也对中国传统体育起到完善和推进的作用。
By using the method of literature,expert interviews,comparative analysis and other methods,the author makes an analysis of Taoist thoughts of sports and regimen.Chinese Taoism pursues longevity and immortality.In the practice of"longevity",Taoism practitioners accumulated a wealth of health-promoting methods and have formed its own characteristics of the sports fitness ideological system.Objectively,Taoism contributes a lot to improving and promoting Chinese traditional sports.
