摘要
师资队伍培训工作在民办本科院校的科学发展中具有极为重要的战略意义。本文以KJ学院为个案,对其师资队伍进行访谈与问卷调查,了解教师队伍的基本情况和对培训的需求,并在此基础上构建了河北省民办本科院校师资培训模式设计原则。
The training of teaching staff plays an important role in private regular universities. This paper takes the kj college as an example to know the basis situation of teachers and their request to training through interview and questionnaire investigation. The design principle of private regular uni- versities＇teacher training model is instituded based on this as result.
