摘要
海底输气管道施工一般是铺管船施工后采用后挖沟方式进行自然回填,使管道满足稳定性要求,考虑到管道与已存在的光电缆交越遇到的问题,将铺设混凝土联锁软体排作为保护措施,混凝土联锁软体排铺设质量的测量是海洋工程建设过程中必须要解决的问题。为了更好地解决海底管道施工过程中的工程测量问题,结合上海LNG项目海底输气管线工程实例,系统地介绍了运用RTK-DGPS平面定位结合多波束侧扫技术进行海底铺设混凝土联锁软体排的测量过程,提出了整个过程应注意的问题,得到了较精确的测量结果,为工程实施和维护提供重要参考依据,也为今后类似海洋工程测量提供借鉴。
In submarine gas pipeline construction,pipeline- laying vessel is usually adopted to lay pipelines and conduct natural backfill after trench excavation soas tomake pipeline meet relative stabilityrequirements. Ifpipeline had to cross under or over optical cable,concrete interlocking soft body mattress shall be installed first to protect the existing optical cable. Survey of installation quality of concrete interlocking soft body mattress is a very important issue in marine construction project. Taking submarine pipeline construction in Shanghai LNG project as project case,systematically introduced are surveyprocess ofthe concrete interlocking soft body mattress by applying RTK- DGPS planar location and multi- beam side scan technology,listed are considerations and accurate survey results in the whole process,which provides valuable reference for future similar ocean engineering survey.
