摘要
目前,我国的博士生教育蓬勃发展,这使博士研究生论文成为具有巨大潜力的学术资料。针对博士生论文的诸多亮点,高校学报应快速高效地编辑出版博士生论文,以为教学科研提供服务。
At present, with the vigorous development of doctoral education, emphasis on Ph. D education makes those who are studying for their doctor＇s degree the potential and powerful writers in academic and researeh field. Their papers highlight the frontier achievements in various areas. In this sense, it deserves to be the top priority of editing their papers in a speedy and efficient fashion by shortening the period of peer review as well as providing for the rapid publication of reports.
