摘要变应性肉芽肿性血管炎（Churg-Struss，css）是系统性血管炎的一种，按Chaple Hill 93标准分类被归纳为主要累及中、小血管的血管炎。临床上常以哮喘、肺部炎性改变、肾损害、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞增高和多器官组织嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为主要表现。此病发病率低，临床表现多样，容易误诊误治。我科近年收治1例被多科误诊的变应性肉芽肿性血管炎患者，现结合文献复习报道如下：
