摘要
适应新时代测绘技术发展、满足社会需求,区域高程基准基础设施建设从内容和手段都需要得到提高和扩展。本文结合杭州市建设实践,总结了现代高程基准基础设施建设的内容和手段。重点阐述了杭州市高程基准基础设施的现状和问题、项目设计思路和实施技术特点。
