摘要 在多喷嘴对置式水煤浆加压气化技术中,由于喷嘴数量增加,气化炉投煤量相应增加,需由渣口排的渣量也就相应增多,容易出现渣口堵塞现象。堵煤主要由煤质波动、炉温控制不当、设备故障所引起。介绍了堵煤后系统运行的异常情况,并给出对应措施。 In the technology of multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry pressurized gasification with an increase in the number of nozzles, coal throughput of the gasifier increases correspondingly, the slag to be discharged from the slag hole increases also, and blockup of the hole occurs easily. Coal blockup is mainly due to fluctuation in coal quality, inappropriate control of gasifier temperature and equipment failure. Abnormal operation is described of the system after coal blockup, and relevant measures are shown.
