摘要
城市"城中村"改造是改善民生的重要基础与有效途径,改善民生是推动城市"城中村"改造的基本着力点和关键突破口。要准确把握"城中村"改造工作的实践要求,增强推进改造工作的自觉性和坚定性,坚持以改善民生为重点,分类推进"城中村"改造,有效激发城市"城中村"改造动力,增强"城中村"改造合力,巩固城市现代化发展的根基,优化城市现代化建设环境,推动首府南宁城市的科学发展。
The transformation of urban villages is an important basis as well as an effective way for improving people＇s livelihoods, which represents the basic point and the key breakthrough for propelling the transformation of urban villages. Efforts should be made to accurately grasp the practical demands of the transformation of urban villages, strengthen the consciousness and firmness in promoting the transformation of urban villages, persist on placing focus on improving people＇s livelihoods, respectively promote the transformation of urban villages, stir up the driving force to transform urban villages, enhance the resultant force to transform urban villages, consolidate the basis of urban modernization and optimize the environment for urban modernization in an attempt to promote the scientific urban development of Nanning.
