35例颅脑损伤术后并发脑梗死的临床治疗体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨颅脑损伤术后导致脑梗死的发病机制、预防措施、治疗方法及效果。方法回顾分析35例颅脑损伤术后并发脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果 35例病人术前均有不同程度脑挫裂伤并颅内血肿,平均术后26h并发脑梗死;其中再次手术治疗9例,非手术治疗26例;死亡5例。出院半年内电话随访持续性植物状态2例,中重度致残19例,恢复良好9例。结论提高对颅脑损伤术后脑梗死的认识,及早预防,针对性综合治疗,有助于改善患者的预后和生存质量。
