经合组织国家工商业信息化的财政政策及启示——基于结构演进主义理论视角被引量：1

摘要发达国家根据结构演进主义理论,在工商业信息化过程中,创新财政政策,对信息化投资、人力培训、技术创新、网络安全等方面的税收优惠、财政补贴和财政投资工具、政府采购工具进行组合,改善信息化促进结构。本文旨在对意大利、韩国、日本、荷兰等国信息化的财政政策进行对比总结与借鉴,为我国政府制定促进两化深度融合财政政策建言献策。
