摘要 研究了多官能团单体对聚丙烯/滑石粉复合材料力学性能和结晶性能的影响。红外光谱分析结果表明:通过原位热引发的方式,多官能团单体与聚丙烯分子链发生了接枝反应;同时多官能团单体上的CO与滑石粉的—OH形成氢键。力学性能和结晶性能测试结果表明:加入多官能团单体后复合材料的力学性能和结晶温度都有明显的提高,而且三官能团单体效果好于双官能团单体。 The effect of multifunctional monomers on the mechanical and crystallization properties of polypropylene (PP)/talc composites was studied. The results of infrared spectra showed the multifunetional monomers can graft to the chains of PP. Meanwhile, hydrogenbonds were formed between carbonyl of muttifunctional monomers and hydroxyl of talc. The results of mechanical and DSC showed the properties of PP/talc were improved apparently when multifunctional monomers were added; Furthermore, trifunctional monomer was better than difunctional monomer.
