摘要
为了对船舶轴系振动状态进行在线监测,提出了一种基于ARM和Linux的船舶轴系振动监测系统的设计。该设计以高性能ARM处理器S3C2440A为核心,利用ICP压电加速度传感器、A/D转换器、信号调理模块实现振动信号的高速精确采集。在ARM上移植Linux操作系统,并以此为基础开发应用软件,将采集到振动信号的时域、频域图形显示在LCD上。
In order to detect the vibration state of marine shafting on-line,a vibration monitoring system for the marine shafting based on ARM and Linux was proposed in this paper.The system was designed using the high performance embedded processor S3C2440A.Since the ICP piezoelectric acceleration sensor and A/D converter were adapted in the system,it made the high speed vibration data acquisition more accurate.Furthermore,the Linux operating system which is the basis of application software of the system was transplanted to the ARM chip.Meanwhile,time domain graphics and frequency domain graphics of the vibration data were displayed on the LCD.
