摘要
甚低频通信系统是构成对潜通信保障能力的物质基础,其效能的高低直接决定了对潜通信保障能力的强弱。对该系统的效能进行综合评估,建立科学、合理的评估指标体系是非常必要的,同时还要借助于科学的评估方法。文章基于已有的甚低频通信系统效能评估指标体系,综合采用了层次分析法、德尔菲法与模糊综合评估法等方法对其效能进行了评估,得到了可信的评估结果。
The Very Low Frequency(VLF) communication system is the basis of the submarine communication.Its capability depends on the efficiency of the VLF system.For exactly evaluating the system efficiency,there are two pivotal things,namely reasonable index framework and scientific method.Based the existing index framework for the VLF system,several methods are used in evaluating the system efficiency such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP),Delphi method and fuzzy synthetic evaluation.The result from the evaluation actually reflects the current capability status of the VLF system.
