介绍了一款适合高速公路运输的物流专用半挂车,利用有限元软件对初样车车身骨架进行了分析,发现其存在的缺陷并提出了改进方案,最后验证了其可靠性。
In order to design a highway logistics semi-trailer, a certain type of monocoque semi-trailer body was used as a reference. The model of the integral semi-trailer is setup and the static strength analysis and modal analysis is made by engineering analysis software. Based on the defects of the initial design, the structural optimization and the statistical analysis of data is made, comparing the data to determine that which structure form of the body would be chosen. Finally, the program of spine keel structure was finalized.
