摘要
冷战结束后,伴随世界政治格局的变迁,世界各国政党政治也面临着新的环境与挑战。在应对危机的过程中,各国政党形成了诸多经验教训。如以法律规范政党的行为,推进经济与社会发展来体现政党执政优势;与社会团体合作治理,从而挽救政党面临的危机等。从经济、政治、社会、历史文化等方面看,中国有自身的特点,不能完全照搬任何一国的政党制度;而作为执政党的中国共产党,为改善执政方式,提升执政能力,与各个民主党派合作,形成具有中国特色的政党制度,共同推进中国现代化进程,也需要不断吸收外国政党政治的某些经验与教训。
After the end of the cold war, along with the changes of the world party politics in foreign countries also faces a new environment and great challenges. political structure, In dealing with the crisis, political parties in various countries have had many experiences and lessons, including ruling the behavior of political parties with laws and regulations, reflecting the advantages of political parties in power in promoting economic and social development, overcoming the crisis which political parties faced by cooperative governance with social groups and so forth. On one hand, in terms of economy, politics, society, history, culture and so on, China has its own characteristics, resulting in that China can＇ t totally copy party system of any countries. On the other hand, as ruling political party of the People~ Republic of China, the Communist Party of China （CPC） needs to constantly absorb some experiences and lessons of party politics in foreign countries for improving its way of governance, enhancing the capacity to govern, forming the political party system with Chinese characteristics and pushing forward the process of China~ modernization with various democratic parties.
