摘要
利用有限元软件计算,将桥墩内半径逐渐减小,得到不同内半径桥墩的使用性能,将这些数据与限值进行对比,得出最合理的桥墩截面。在公路-Ⅰ级荷载作用下,高度为5m的圆形桥墩,其最佳截面为桥墩的外半径75cm、内半径42cm。通过截面优化,减小了桥墩的自重,节约了材料,同时也有助于加快施工进度。
Optimization fabricated pier's cross section,to make concrete materials give full play to its performance.By using finite element software calculation,to get different inside radius pier performance by decreasing inside radius gradually,then these data are compared with the limit value,it is concluded that the most reasonable pier cross-section.In highway-Ⅰ level loads,the height is 5 m circular pier,the best cross section for pier of the outer radius is 75 cm,inner radius for 42 cm.Through the section optimization,we can reduce the weight of the bridge pier,saving material,at the same time also can help to speed up the construction progress.
