摘要
针对现阶段燃烧炉内部燃烧过程的未知性,本文对硫化氢燃烧炉内流动、燃烧以及传热过程进行了分析,建立了相应的物理和数学模型。对燃烧器内的复杂湍流流动和传热过程,采用RNGk~ε双方程模型来模拟;对燃烧过程,利用概率密度函数(PDF)模型进行计算;模拟结果给出了燃烧炉内气体流动过程中的速度、温度和组分的详细分布。所得的结果为全面了解燃烧炉内情况提供了定量数据,也为燃烧炉的改进等指明了方向。
In view of uncharted combustion process of burner, the author analyses the flowage, burning and heat transfer process and establishes relevant physical and mathematics model of hydrogen sulphide burner.For tackling complex turbulent flow and heat transfer processes within the burner, the author uses RNG two-equation model to emulate.By using the probabil- ity density function(PDF)model to analyse combustion process.The paper comes to conclusion to the detailed distribution of the velocity,temperature, and component of gas flow process in burning furnace.The results supply quantitative data for comprehensive understanding of the combustion furnace,and also point out the direction for improvements burner.
