摘要
提出用甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)溶液来吸收石油加工废气硫化氢气体的两级吸收和两级再生的新工艺,并运用系统综合方法对其进行分析与优化,得到最佳工艺流程,使硫化氢纯度由70%提升至98%左右,硫化氢气体有效地转化为高品质的硫氢化钠产品。解决炼油尾气难处理,污染环境,无效益等缺点,实现石油加工尾气的回收利用,具有明显的经济效益。
A new absorption and regeneration technics is presented in this article. Methyldiethanolamine (MDEA)solution absorb the oil processing emission levels of hydrogen sulfide gas.It is analyzed and optimized by the method of system synthesis to obtain the best flow.In this condition sulfide hydrogen purity from 70 % to around 98 percent,hydrogen sulfide gas effectively into high-quality products sodium hydrosulfide.Finally to solve intractable refinery gas,pollute the environment,non-effectiveness of the shortcomings of the realization of oil processing tail gas recovery and utilization, has obvious economic benefits.
