摘要
近些年来,采油三厂油井堵水剂技术一直依托厂家和高校来研究并现场实施,由于堵水剂种类繁多,不同区块所用的堵剂缺乏针对性,没有形成完整的堵剂体系,导致施工后有效率偏低,见效周期短,单井日增油量低。针对此情况,开展了油井堵水剂研究,依据作用不同分四个段塞的配方进行注入,现场实施后,不仅适用于低渗透油田开发需求,而且有效封堵水淹油井的裂缝和大孔道,使油流从周围其它小孔道流出,从而降低含水,提高单井采液量、单井日产油量。
In recent years,the oil well plugging agent technology in the third oil production plant of Changqing has been always relying on manufacturers and universities to research and implement.Due to the oil well plugging agent is of various kinds, the using of them in different sections is lack of pertinence and did not form a complete plugging agent system.Lead to the low efficiency after implementation, the effective period is short and the oil increment per day is low.Therefore, it brooks no delay in researching an oil well plugging agent which is low-cost,well-worked and with longer period.This project developed a well plugging agent,use four-stage plunger injection formula on the basis of the different functions. After implementation, not only meets the needs of low permeability oilfield development but plugs the fissure that flooded oil well and large pore canal which allows the oil to flow through other small pore canals thus decreasing moisture content and increasing the liquid withdrawal amount and oil production per day of a single oil well.
