摘要
对于挤压的模具设计主要包括很多方面的内容,不仅是设计理论与设计方法的选择,还包括各个部分非常细的参数的设定与评价人,在挤压的工艺过程中涉及的设备工具比较繁锁,这种设计过程是介于机械加工与压力加工之间的一种工艺性设计。结合铝挤压机固定挤压热-结构进行分析,为固定挤压垫进一步优化设计提供了依据,也为挤压垫的品质提供了保障。
