摘要
通过对无轨胶轮车液压系统特点和井下实际使用、维修条件的分析,得出导致胶轮车液压系统故障率居高不下的主要原因是液压系统污染严重,并提出了具有针对性的整改措施。整改措施的实施降低了职工劳动强度,节约了配件及油脂费用。
Analyzes the characteristic of the hydraulic system in the trackless rubber-tired vehicles and the application and maintenance conditions in the pit, and comes to conclusion that the reason of high failure rate of this system is serious pollution. It also offers correction measures which can decrease labor intensity and save the expense of fittings and oil.
