摘要
为了使盘式刀库在数控机床行业得到更好的控制应用与更大的发挥作用,通过利用FANUC数控系统的PLC信号跟踪功能,对数控立式加工中心盘式刀库换刀动作时序进行了监控研究,从而找出了影响盘式刀库换刀动作时间的主要因素,进而找出相应的解决方法,从而可以使我们更好的掌握了盘式的刀库的使用性能及其改进方法,进而对其进行更好的控制应用。
In order to make the disc magazine get better control and applications and play a cal control machine tool industry, this paper monitored and researched the tool changing ope greater role in the numeri- ration time of disc magazine for CNC vertical machining center by the PLC signal tracking function of FANUC CNC systems, and then identified the main factors affecting the tool changing magazine's performance more better, and time, found the corresponding solutions, Thus can make us master disc its improvement method, then we can control and application it more better.
