摘要
医院高层管理者应该通过战略人力资源管理构建科学的选人、育人、用人和留人机制。阐述人力资源战略管理的内涵、公立医院战略人力资源管理现状及问题,探讨公立医院实施战略人力资源管理的意义,提出构建公立医院战略人力资源管理的策略与建议。
The top managers of hospitals should build the scientific mechanisms for talent selection,cultivation,employment and retention with reasonable strategic human resources management.The author expounds the connotation of strategic human resources management,the present situation and problems of strategic human resources management in public hospitals,probes into the significance of strategic human resources management in public hospitals and puts forward the measures and suggestions on the establishment of strategic human resources management in public hospitals.
