摘要
本文主要结合日常的工作实践,分析和阐述了高等院校图书馆坚持以人为本工作思路的重要性和必然性,同时对图书馆具体落实以人为本服务理念的具体措施进行了阐述。
According to the day-to-day working practices, this paper analyzed the importance and necessity of people-oriented working idea in University Libraries, and the specific measures of implementing people-oriented service concept.
