摘要
根据机壳制件的图样技术要求,对它的形状特点、尺寸大小、公差等级、表面质量、装配关系等要求进行工艺分析,确定落料、拉伸、冲孔、翻孔4个不同工序完成的复合模具,从模具设计的角度分析其工艺方案是否合理,经过生产实践证明,此副冲模能大大提高生产率,降低生产成本,为企业创造了经济效益。
