摘要
应用型高校农科专业毕业生就业工作中存在人才需求强劲与生源严重不足的矛盾,毕业生综合素质与企业要求不匹配的矛盾,以及毕业生艰苦奋斗精神缺失与行业特殊要求的矛盾,影响了大学生的成长成才,也制约了农科专业的发展。通过分析三个矛盾存的原因,提出了必须以教学改革为动力,以学生就业观念更新为基础,以学生就业技能提升为突破口,以专业实践动手能力培养为重点,以校企合作为载体,以就业市场建设为主攻方向的破解之策。
Contradictions are found in the employment of agricultural majors in the application-orientated universities： strong demand for talents, shortage of application for admissions, unmatched students comprehensive quality and enterprise requirement, lack of hard work spirit on the part of students and specialized needs of enterprise. Such contradictions hindered the growth of students and the development of the agricultural majors. Causes for contradictions were analyzed, and counter-measures were put forward based on teaching reform as impetus, updated employment conceptions of students as foundation, upgrading students employment skills as a gap of making breakthroughs, practical skills training as focus, university-enterprise cooperation as vehicle, and employment market construction as one of main tasks.
