摘要
钢等金属中的相的含量通常采用金相法测定,但测量结果的误差较大,缺乏重现性和可比性,主要是由于放大倍数和测量视场选择不当所致。在实际工作中,选择合适的测量标准,再结合定量金相的基本要求,可减小相含量的测量误差。
The amount of phase in steel or other metals is commonly measured by metallographic test. However, accuracy, reproducibility and comparability are rather poor, which arises from improper selection of magnification or visual field during the measuring. In practice, the error in phase measurement can be decreased by the selection of suitable measuring standard in conjunction with the basic requirement of quantitative metallographie test.
