摘要
目的探讨结肠灌注透析辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法将急性胰腺炎患者73例,随机分为两组:治疗组37例,使用结肠灌注透析机行灌肠治疗+常规治疗;对照组36例,采用常规治疗。观察两组腹胀明显改善、肠鸣音恢复正常、血、尿淀粉酶降至正常的时间。结果治疗组在腹胀明显改善、肠鸣音恢复正常及血、尿淀粉酶降至正常时间均比对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠灌注透析治疗急性胰腺炎,可促进肠功能恢复,有效减轻腹胀,促进恢复。
Objective To investigate the curative effect in treating acute pancreatitis by colon perfusion dialysis therapy machine （CPDTM）. Methods 73 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 37 patients in treatment group were given enema by CPDTM and conventional therapy, while 36 patients in control group were given conventional therapy, besides enema.We observed the time of abdominal distension amelioration, bowel sound recovery to the normal ,hemodiastase and urinary amylase descended to the common between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the time of abdominal distension amelioration, bowel sound recovery to the normal ,hemodiastase and urinary amylase descended to the common in treatment group was shorter （P〈0.05）.Conclusion CPDTM therapy was useful for treating acute pancreatitis,it can lessen abdominal distension,advance intestines function recovery and promote patient recruitment.
