摘要
通过对三角跑道收针角度进行改造,以及定制双脚织针等,将19针/25.4 mm的欣达锁底毛巾机改造成28针/25.4 mm的超细针距设备。然后采用8.3 tex的涤纶低弹丝和11.5 tex的棉纱进行超细针距棉天鹅绒产品的开发,介绍了编织工艺和染整工艺。指出工艺要点包括:尽量减小进纱张力且卷布时要在保持布面无折痕的前提下松弛下卷;落布后应及时剪毛;选择新式低张力染缸及尽量超喂顺幅定形。结果表明:所开发的产品布面绒感细腻爽滑、弹性适当,质量和档次都有大幅提高。
Through modifying the narrowing angle of cam track and purchase of specially-manufactured double- butt needle, this paper transforms 19 G / 25.4 mm Xin Da bottom-lock towel machine into 28G / 25.4 mm. Then using 8.3 rex DTY and 11.5 tex cotton to develop ultra fine gauge cotton velvet product, the paper introduces the knitting technology, dyeing and finishing process. It indicates the points for attention such as minimizing feeding tension as much as possible and using suitable coiling tension to keep the cloth in no crease; shearing needs to be applied after cropping; choosing new type of low tension dye vat and overfeeding as much as possible for setting a- long the length. The results show that the product has wool feeling and fine smooth, elastic appropriate, quality and grades have greatly improved.
