摘要
目的:分析门诊精神分裂症患者家庭负担与临床特征的关系。方法:收集263例门诊分裂症(DSM-IV)患者,进行大体功能评定量表(GAF)、阳性和阴性症状量表、服药依从性的视觉模拟量表(VAS)和家庭负担量表,用典则相关分析分裂症患者临床特征与家庭负担的关系。结果:提取3对典则变量,家庭经济负担、家庭日常活动和家庭关系与GAF和服药依从性VAS评分负相关,家庭成员心理健康与阴性症状和一般精神病例症状评分正相关,家庭成员躯体健康则与阳性症状评分正相关。结论:SCH患者的家庭负担各因子与不同的临床特征变量有关,提高服药依从性、改善精神症状和提高患者社会功能可能是减低家庭负担的有效手段。
Objective： To analyze the relationship between family burden and clinical characteristics of schizophrenia outpatients. Methods： 263 schizophrenia （DSM-IV） outpatients were assessed with Global Assessment of Functioning （GAF） Scale, Positive and Negative Symptom Scale, Medication Adherence Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）, and Family Burden Scale; Canonical correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between clinical characteristics and family burden. Results： Three canonical variables were extracted. Family economic burden, family routine activity, and family relationship subscales had negative correlation with GAF scale and Medication Adherence VAS; mental health of family members subscale was positively correlated with negative symptom and general psychopathology subscale scores; there was positive correlation relationship between physical health of family members and positive symptom subscale scores. Conclusion： There are associations between different family burden dimensions and clinical characteristics. Family burden might be reduced through increasing medication adherence, improving psychotic symptoms and social function.
