摘要 羊传染性脓疱皮炎(也称羊口疮)是由羊传染性脓疱病毒(羊口疮病毒)引起的绵羊、山羊的一种急性、接触性传染病,可给羊的生产带来巨大的经济损失,并威胁人类健康。及时准确的诊断是防控羊口疮的重要环节,羊口疮的诊断方法包括临床诊断、病原学诊断、血清学诊断、分子生物学检测技术等,每种技术体系中又包括多个诊断方法。论文对国内外羊口疮诊断技术研究现状进行概述,并展望了今后的相关研究重点和方向。 Contagious ecthyma .also as Know or caused by Off virus (ORFV). The disease can cause huge economic loss for ovine husbandry. The prompt accurate diagnosis is important to fight against off. There are several diagnosis methods of orf, such as: the clinical diagnosis, the serological diagnosis, molecular biology techniques and central-mediated technology. Each type of technology also includes several specific technologies. Research progress on diagnosis technology of off was summarized, also the research in future was prospected.
