摘要
利用只受内压厚壁圆筒的应力计算公式和第三强度理论，计算出回转型铸件液－固复合铸造时金属预制件包覆部位的允许尺寸。白口铸铁－碳钢复合铸造试验，以及榨油机榨轴的生产实践，都证实上述计算结果有一定的实用价值。
Allowable size of metallic prefabricated pieces enveloped location in liquid-solid compound casting of revolving member has been calculated using stress calculating formular of thick-wall cylinder to which only inner pressure has applied and the 3rd strength theory, of which calculated results have been proved to be worth certain practice production by experiments on com- pound casting of white cast iron and steel casting and practical production of oil press shaft.
