摘要
病态窦房结综合征属于心律失常中的缓慢类,常见脉象为迟脉、结脉。魏执真教授认为主要发病机理为心脾肾阳虚,寒邪内生,寒痰凝结,心脉受阻,创建了独特的辨证思路和方法,临床疗效满意。
