摘要
能效对标管理和能耗定额管理是相辅相成、互为补充完善的。通过能效对标、能耗定额管理工作的开展,建立三级能源消耗对标指标体系,探索适合吐哈油田能源管理的方法,从而降低能源消耗,提高能源利用效率,推动油田节能节水精细化管理。
Energy efficiency benchmarking management and energy comsumption quota management are necessarily linked and complementary.The energy consumption can be reduced,the energy efficiency can be improved and the detailed management for energy-saving & water-saving of oilfield can be promoted by carrying out the energy efficiency benchmarking management and energy consumption quota management,exploring the methods of energy management in Tuha oilfield and establishing the system of 3-grade energy consumption benchmarking.
