摘要
目的了解我市孕妇和哺乳期妇女碘营养状况以及碘盐作为补碘的主要途径能否满足特需人群碘营养需要,为今后科学防治碘缺乏病提供依据。方法采用过硫酸铵消化法—砷铈催化分光光度法检测尿碘;采用直接滴定法检测盐碘。结果孕妇尿碘中位数为128.0μg/L,哺乳期妇女尿碘中位数为134.9μg/L,均未达到国家推荐标准(尿碘中位数≥150μg/L),孕妇尿碘<150μg/L的人数占孕妇检测人数的62.68%,哺乳期妇女<150μg/L的人数占哺乳期妇女检测人数的57.14%;白银市碘盐覆盖率为99.51%,合格碘盐食用率为96.94%,达到国家监测标准(碘盐覆盖率>90%)。结论白银市孕妇及哺乳期妇女碘营养状况欠佳,仅食用碘盐不能满足特需人群碘营养需要。为保护每一位新生儿免受碘营养缺乏的危害,应加强对特需人群特别是孕妇及哺乳期妇女碘营养状况的监测工作;除食用碘盐外,孕妇及哺乳期妇女应适度增加其他摄碘途径。
OBJECTIVE To assess the iodine nutritive status of pregnant women and lactating woman of Baiyin City and to know if iodized salt as the main iodine source can fill people＇ s demand who need more iodine in special period. Provide the basis for future scientific control of iodine deficiency disorders. METHODS Urinary iodine were measured by As3＋-Ce4~catalytic spectrophotometry.Sah iodine were measured by direct titration. RESULTS The urinary iodine median of pregnant women was 128.0 p^g/L. The urinary iodine median of lactating woman was 134.9 ~g/L. These don＇ t meet the national recommended standard（The urinary iodine median〉~ 150 ~g/ L）.The number of pregnant women whose urinary iodine are lower than 150 p,g/L is 62.68%. The number of lactating woman whose urinary iodine are lower than 150 p^g/L is 57.14%. Iodized salt coverage rate is 99.51% in Baiyin City. Qualified iodized salt is 96.94%. It meets the national recommended standard（Iodized salt coverage rate〉90%）. CONCLUSIONS Iodine nutrition status of pregnant women and lactating women of Baiyin City is in poor condition. The iodized salt as the only iodine source can not fill the demand of pregnant woman and lactating woman whose diet structure is simple in the region. To assure every new life＇s brain not be damaged by iodine deficiency, surveillance should be enhanced in people who need more iodine. In addition to the consumption of iodized salt, pregnant women and lactating woman should be appropriate to increase iodine uptake pathways.
