摘要
研究了不同取代度磺丁基醚-β-环糊精的合成。选用1,4-磺丁基内酯为原料,以氢氧化钠水溶液为溶剂,通过正交实验考察反应时间、反应温度、β-环糊精和1,4-磺丁基内酯摩尔比、氢氧化钠的量等因素对产物平均取代度的影响。采用MS和1 H NMR对产物结构进行了表征。
Sulfobutyl ether β-cyclodextrins of different degrees of substitution of were prepared, β-Cyclo- dextrin and 1, 4-sulfonylurea butyl lactone were reacted in NaOH solution. The influences of factors inclu- ding reaction time and temperature, molar ratio of β-cyclodextrin to 1, 4-sulfonylurea butyl lactone and dosage of NaOH on the average substitution degree of sulfobutyl etherβ-cyclodextrins were studied via or- thogonal experiments. Furthermore, the structures of sulfobutyl ether β-cyclodextrins were characterized by MS and ^1H NMR , respectively.
